Technical Support is optional with Structure Survey Editor.

All questions and queries are responded to quickly and managed until resolution by our dedicated team.

How it works

All Technical Support staff are fully trained and certified, and are dedicated to resolving every issue to your satisfaction. Your feedback and software change requests are logged and considered for inclusion in future releases including annual software updates.

We are happy to deal directly with your company IT departments to assist in resolving issues or concerns with software updates and installation.

You will have access to our online rail portal for downloading vehicle and gauging databases and software updates.

You will receive an invitation to User Group meetings – an opportunity to meet other software users and discuss all aspects of our software as well as being the first to see and hear all about our plans for the products and new release content.

Our Gauging Services team provide you with access to a specialist advice for any vehicle related questions.

Annual software licence renewals dealt with proficiently and directly with your accounts and commercial contacts, if required.
